St. Luke’s operates a range of low secure hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals and residential facilities. Most of our units are within easy reach of major population centres in the South of England and South Wales.

We take a multidisciplinary, evidence-based approach to patient care, led by the medical team in each of our facilities. They are supported by nursing staff, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, social workers, teaching support staff, OT technicians, educators and care support workers.

Our residential Step Down facilities work with individuals who have undergone treatment for mental health issues. We use a combination of practical, vocational and therapeutic approaches to develop the confidence and abilities of Step Down clients. Our aim is to help them rejoin society and lead happy, healthy and productive lives.
