St. Luke’s recreation programme

We take a great deal of pride in the diversity and quality of recreation we offer to patients at St. Luke’s Hospitals. We see constructive, enjoyable and relaxing recreation as an essential part of patient development.

We offer both on and off-site activities, including:

  • Ball games (basketball, football, rounders, cricket)
  • Sporting activities (swimming, jogging, cycling, trampolining)
  • Outdoor activities (horticulture, animal and farm projects)
  • In-house educational programs (including computer classes and cooking)
  • External educational programs (e.g. college courses)
  • Work experience
  • Music therapy
  • Drama therapy
  • Sensory integration

If you are a referrer or family member of a St. Luke’s patient, we’re very happy to discuss our recreation programme with you – simply get in touch for an informal discussion.
