In terms of the outcomes of individual cases, lasting success depends on close contact between the different organisations and authorities supporting an individual patient.

On that basis, we maintain close contact with referring authorities. If you are a referrer, you are welcome to telephone or visit at any time, including during ward rounds.

We understand the importance of contact with patients’ loved ones too: telephone contact is maintained with families on a weekly basis (subject to patient permission).
